My name is Tara Woods, and I started painting in early 2019, trying both acrylic and oil paints. I found that I prefer to use acrylic paint, so started to learn and teach myself in this medium.

Durning the 2020 lockdown, I used this time to help to improve my painting skills and have improved a lot since then.

My art style is contemporary expressive with influences of abstract, impressionistic and whimsical styles.

My aim is to continue with learning and improving my skills, and to start getting myself into the art community.
